The Technical Service Manager will have a lead role in supporting the growth of the Company, implementing the strategy for service within the USA organization. The focus of this role will be to build and develop the service department group in USA both commercially and executionary. The role is a new one within the Expert Technologies Group USA; there is an expectation that this is very hands on with the individual looking to build on there existing network of contacts to acquire and deliver Service, Projects and Maintenance contracts. Your skills and experience will drive the future development of the role.
•Key role within ETG Group.
•Customer Facing Role.
•Responsible for opening new opportunities through Sales activities and network knowledge
•Responsible for delivering service, projects and maintenance contracts.
•Responsible for all Service Technicians (field-based operations).
•Responsible for the training, development and professionalism of the Service Technicians.
•Primary objective is ‘ensuring the quality-of-service activities in the field’.
