12 Mar Michigan Economic Development Corporation Program Grant
The Michigan Economic Development Corporation, in collaboration with more than 100 economic development partners, markets Michigan as the place to do business, assists businesses in their growth strategies, and fosters the growth of vibrant communities across the state.
Expert Technologies Inc is currently establishing its first U.S. facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The location will serve as the U.S. headquarters of the Expert Technologies Group and will house C-suite executives, sales, engineering, assembly, and back-office support.
The project was successfully been awarded a $250,000 Michigan Business Development Program performance-based grant. The program is designed to provide grants, loans, and other economic assistance to businesses for highly competitive projects in Michigan that create jobs and/or provide investment and result in a net-positive return to Michigan.
The project grant will further boost the Expert Technologies Group as a global leader in intelligent technology solutions. With a predicted capital investment of $2.7 million and the creation of up to 43 high-wage jobs, the Michigan facility will be at the centre of innovation for future mobility and vehicle electrification.
The city of Auburn Hills is supporting the project with expedited permitting and marketing assistance. Individuals interested in careers with Expert Technologies Inc and the wider Expert Technologies Group should visit.
