Advanced automation & assembly: Worked across the consortium to scale electric drive modules and high-voltage battery systems
Digital twin & virtual testing: Supported Leyland Trucks in digitally testing new processes before physical installation, reducing downtime and accelerating innovation
Safety processes: Partnered on automating protective earth, leak testing, and Main Service Disconnect (MSD) fitting
Production scale-up: Contributed to enabling assembly of 30 BEV trucks per shift
Future-ready roadmap: Collaborated on feasibility studies for high-voltage battery pack assembly to support scalable BEV production
