Last week we had the pleasure to share our exciting company developments and news with employees during Business Briefings in all our UK facilities.

Sharing our vision, strategy and success with employees is crucial as we continue to develop and grow the business, ensuring everyone understands the direction we are taking will, hopefully, making it easier for us to choose the right decisions that lead us to success. It was also an opportunity to listen to first hand feedback from employees, to answer questions and to consider ideas and suggestions for further development and improvement.
